Birth is a fact of legal significance that is subject to mandatory registration;

The Public Services Development Agency registers the fact of a child's birth based on an electronic notification from the medical institution;

The initial birth certificate is issued free of charge, and to receive it, the parent needs to have an identity document;

Users can also request a duplicate birth certificate if needed.
