This certificate verifies the existence of property rights on immovable property.

To obtain a certificate of property rights, the interested person must have:

• Identity card or passport
• If necessary, a power of attorney for the authorized person;

The certificate of property rights is issued free of charge to:

• War veterans;
• Internally displaced persons;
• Socially vulnerable and disabled persons;
• Pensioners are exempt from 50% of the service fee;

The applicant benefits from the discount only if the document is issued in their name. 

To be exempt from the fee, the applicant must present a relevant certificate or document confirming their status.
